Yes. Using pure water and the water fed pole system, your frames get cleaned every time and stay cleaner for longer.
Yes, as long as it is not too heavy! Rain water is relatively pure so is not going to make any difference when cleaning windows with pure water. However, if the rain is very heavy we would have to stop.
Yes, we clean the insides of windows as well, either using traditional window cleaning methods or using pure water spray. This is currently subject to government guidance.

No. Windows will look wet when they have just been cleaned, but our pure de-ionised water simply evaporates away to nothing leaving no residue or deposits. Just sparkling clean windows. It is tap water that leaves water marks when left to dry. Please see our Water Fed Pole page for more information.
No, as long as we have access we can clean the windows when you are out and will leave a note saying that the windows have been cleaned along with details of how to pay. We’re happy to phone, text or email the day before so that any gates can be left unlocked for access.
This is one of the most common problems with double glazed windows. Double glazing is a completely water and air tight sealed unit of two panes of glass with a space bar between them filled with a gas (usually argon). Over time the seal and glue holding this unit together can fail and break meaning condensation can get into the sealed unit and cause a misted or blown double glazing. This issue is one of the reasons most window glazing companies will only guarantee their units for between 5-10 years. The main reason these seals fail is due to age, wear and tear. As temperatures rise and fall inside and outside the home, the gas inside the double-glazed unit expands and contracts putting pressure on the seal. Over time this causes it to weaken and break. South facing windows are particularly susceptible to this wear and tear as they experience greater changes in temperature and windows that open also experience more stress than windows that don't. Once broken and failed it is only a matter of time until the issue shows itself. The continuous expansion and contraction allows moisture to gradually creep in and the misting only gets worse. It is not possible for water fed pole window cleaning to damage this seal as the brush cannot get anywhere near the seal which is hidden and protected by the UPVC window frame. However the condensation or misting may appear worse after a window clean. When the air inside the gap is warm it will hold more moisture and might even seem clearer. But after cleaning the windows with cold water it cools the air in the gap. This cooling can release moisture which will form inside the glazing. Cleaning may highlight the problem, but never cause it. As mentioned, once the seal is broken it is only a matter of time until the problem shows itself whether it is further changes in temperature or heavy rain.
