At Frames and Panes we use a powerful industrial wet and dry vacuum which safely removes all the debris from inside of your gutters. It is one of the most effective ways to thoroughly clear your gutters.
From the safety of the ground, using light weight carbon fibre poles, we can reach up to 11m (35ft) around 3-4 storeys high. Not only does this mean we can clear gutters that would not be safe to access from a ladder, we can also reach over conservatories and other extensions that can not be stood on to clear awkward and hard to reach areas.
Quotation
Before we give a quotation a site visit will be arranged to look at the property. A camera attached to the end of a telescopic pole will take pictures of the gutters. Using these pictures we will only quote you on the areas that actually need clearing. Sometimes a leaking gutter can be a problem with a join or the gutter levels rather than a blockage that needs clearing with a vacuum. After the job is complete we will take further pictures to give you complete peace of mind that the gutters are totally clear.
No Mess
Our gutter vacuum will remove all of the moss, leaves, sludge and debris from inside the gutters. The powerful suction takes the debris straight into the storage bin without spilling it over the edge of the gutters and on the ground around your property. If the debris is wet this suction method will also stop the sludge making the outside of the gutters, fascias, cladding or windows dirty as can happen with other cleaning methods.

Gutter vacuums are flexible enough to access every corner of even the tightest guttering. They are also powerful enough to pick up heavier deposits whilst they clear. Gutter vacuum cleaning is extremely precise and, for the time it takes, is much more effective in comparison to other clearing techniques, such as by hand.
No Ladders
Gutter vacuums enable us to clean multi-storey buildings from the safety of the ground. Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our staff and those around us so this method of cleaning is ideal. As there is no need for scaffolding or high access equipment this also makes it a more cost effective way to clean.
No power AVAILABLE on site?

If there is no access to power on site we can use our petrol generator to power the industrial vacuum. This makes it perfect for blocks of flats and managed properties as we can carry out this work on behalf of the property management company without needing access to the buildings electricity.
